Joy, Event Coordinator and Sidekick

The ninja of all behind the scenes leg work, Joy has been Brian's sidekick for 32 years in the 'real' world, and 24 years in the business world. She encouraged Brian through the brunt of starting Performance Marketing Group 24 years ago.

She is a great cheerleader to her three kids (who all happen to be over 6 feet tall) and enjoys the time she spends gardening, volunteering through the garden club and planning travel.

Savannah, Event Coordinator and Creative Guru

Savannah has grown up around the family business most of her life. (Did you catch on to the family business "vibe" yet?) Always an eager helper, Savannah started working for PMG as a young kid stuffing name-tags for various events and conventions.

With a knack for most anything creative, Savannah is also a landscape painter and finds extensive inspiration through her travels. While her Spanish language skills are helpful on many of PMG's international incentive trips, she is also learning Italian and Portuguese.

Bozeman (Bozie), CHO (Chief Happiness Officer)

Bozie helps create a workplace where his colleagues feel valued, heard, and connected to the organization's mission and goals (tummy scratches).

In this role, he takes a strategic approach to culture and engagement and helps build an office environment where employees are motivated (to give him snacks), productive (in petting him), and committed to PMG’s overall success.

Iris, CNO (Chief Nap Officer) & Snaxpert

As the CNO, Iris guides PMG forward by overseeing and approving all technical aspects of the organization including major systems implementations related to cost and inventory control. She ensures that the strategic goals and objectives are met both operationally (refilling the snack drawer), and financially (ensuring there are sufficient funds for more snacks).

Iris provides leadership to and manages the efforts of PMG staff to ensure appropriate support for nap time allocation to her calendar.
